This is Ganish Village (1000 years old Settlement) The village is known for its old history and lies on Karakuram Highway (KKH-Eight Wonder of World) 5km ahead from Aliabad Bazar in Hunza Valley as the first settlement in Hunza before Altit and Baltit(Karimabad). The Historical building of Ganish Village include wooden mosques,an impressive village guest house,and imposing tower that mark the Landscape. Ganish has become home to many tribes and caravans that came traveling through the ancient Silk Route.
